And no wonder, because it is no secret that this technology helps business growth in a notorious way.<\/p>\n\n<p>What the implementation of this robotization software basically does is to <strong>set up multiple repetitive tasks to improve productivity<\/strong> by streamlining data processing. In this way:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Operating costs are reduced.<\/li><li>Errors are eliminated.<\/li><li>Reduces the time of execution of the works.<\/li><li>Increases commitment.<\/li><li>Improves communication between people and departments.<\/li><li>Internal processes are optimized.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why companies do not integrate robotization<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>But then, how is it possible that with all the advantages that RPA brings, there are still many companies (especially SMEs) that do not invest in it?<\/p>\n\n<p>Apparently and due to erroneous conjectures,  <strong>about 40% of companies do not do so due to lack of clarity in the business process<\/strong>They either don&#8217;t see the value of it, or it implies a very strong adaptive change, or they don&#8217;t believe that it will save them money, or they don&#8217;t see themselves as powerful enough to invest in these tools, or they don&#8217;t know who should be responsible for these platforms, or a long etcetera.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>All of these &#8220;technology biases&#8221; hold back both digital and commercial business development.<\/strong>  What could be a practical flow in work activities is bogged down with procedures that are far from the ideal scenario in which one hopes to work.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to know if your company needs RPA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>If you are still not convinced of how important it is to invest in this resource (both on a practical and training level), let us <strong>ask you the following questions so that you can see for yourself whether or not you need an RPA system<\/strong> in your company:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Do repetitive tasks consume a lot of time and motivation?<\/li><li>Too many people engaged in such low-value tasks?<\/li><li>Are there crises at the end of the year?<\/li><li>Little predictability and low cost-effectiveness when communicating?<\/li><li>Is there a constant dependence on IT department equipment?<\/li><li>Is a lot of time wasted in report generation?<\/li><li>Abundant disorganization of pages on which to upload and download documentation?<\/li><li>Is paper processing continuous?<\/li><li>Is the capacity for improvement almost nil due to the static structure of the current processes?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>If the majority of answers to these weaknesses are &#8220;yes&#8221;, then there is a high need to enhance this aspect of your firm.<\/p>\n\n<p>These softwares (contrary to what many people think) <strong>are hardly intrusive, their integration is neither complex nor expensive and the ROI calculation is easily measurable as soon as you start operating with them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What to consider when implementing RPA<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>What we do want to warn you about is that it is <strong>essential<\/strong> to <strong>establish robotization innovation plans that are not considered in isolation<\/strong>.
